Austria's Hello Inside launches in US to tackle women's metabolic health
Combines glucose sensors and AI coaching to help women tackle metabolic health

Vienna-based women’s health company Hello Inside has launched in the United States, bringing its combination of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology and an AI-powered app to help women manage hormones, menopause, and weight through real-time metabolic feedback.
The company, already active across European markets, says its platform fills a gap between pharmaceutical-led and lifestyle-based approaches to metabolic health. The launch comes amid the rising use of GLP-1 weight-loss drugs, which have dominated public discussion but offer limited behavioral support.
A data-driven approach
More than 70% of American adults struggle with weight management and women face disproportionate challenges navigating metabolic health across life stage.
Hello Inside’s system combines wearable glucose sensors with a digital app that analyzes how food, exercise, stress, and sleep affect metabolic responses. The data is translated into personalized recommendations and coaching programs focused on hormonal balance, weight management, and longevity.
“GLP-1s are powerful tools, but they don’t substitute for behavior change,” said CEO and co-founder Mario Aichlseder.
“Our platform shows women in real time how their choices impact their health — crucial for managing weight alongside hormonal changes.”
A recent Hello Inside white paper analysed over 1,100 women using Hello Inside across 90 days and found an average weight loss of 9lbs through glucose control without dieting.
Each US starter package includes two glucose sensors (covering 28 days), three months of app access, and tailored coaching for $350.
Partnerships and integrations
The company’s expansion is backed by several strategic partnerships across the women’s health ecosystem. In the US, Hello Inside is collaborating with FLO Living, led by Alisa Vitti, to integrate insights from the Cycle Syncing® Method; Clue, the women-led period tracker, which will offer Hello Inside at special rates for Clue Plus members; and Foundation Health, to ensure telemedicine and fulfillment nationwide.
“Hello Inside gives women insights into how their diet choices affect blood sugar — a foundational piece of hormone and cycle health,” said Alisa Vitti.
Hello Inside has also deepened its partnership with Garmin Health, integrating Garmin’s biometric data into its AI system to enhance precision around women’s hormonal cycles. The company was selected to present its work at the Garmin Health Summit at the New York Stock Exchange and featured in TIME’s list of the World’s Top HealthTech Companies for 2025 — one of only a handful focused on women’s health innovation.
Regulatory and privacy positioning
The company emphasizes that it applies EU-level data privacy standards in the US market, with data stored securely and used only for personalized feedback. Hello Inside says it now holds one of the most comprehensive women’s metabolic health datasets in Europe, validated through clinical studies.
Founded in 2021, Hello Inside has raised €1.65 million in funding, led by Verge Fund with participation from DocMorris, 10xFounders, Simon Capital, and Miele Ventures.
